Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FoneClaw websites, applications, accounts, AI features, and paid services.

Effective date:

The service is provided by PHOTONSPARK AI TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. By using FoneClaw or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. Contact support@foneclaw.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

      FoneClaw provides Android AI assistance, tools, content processing, and related services. Features can vary by edition, device, region, plan, and current catalog. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not replace professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice.

        You may not misuse the service, violate law or third-party rights, bypass access controls or limits, distribute malware, interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted components where prohibited, or use FoneClaw to cause harm.

          Current plans, prices, currency, billing period, and included capabilities are shown on Pricing and confirmed by iCart. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount are shown by iCart. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled under the Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms.

            6. Your content and intellectual property

            You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to operate, secure, and support the requested service. FoneClaw, its software, design, and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

              We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will provide appropriate notice.

                The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

                  These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service.
