FoneClaw Account Deletion and Subscription Cancellation Checklist
Request eligible FoneClaw Full account deletion, cancel recurring renewal with the actual biller, and verify account and subscription outcomes separately.
- FoneClaw Full supports an email-verified account deletion request when the account is eligible. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription.
- Match the intended Full account, billing order, and actual biller before acting; account and payment email addresses may differ.
- Cancel recurring renewal through the offered subscription management route. Current-period benefits and any refund request are separate matters.
- Verify deletion completion and future-renewal status independently. A submitted request, failed login, or uninstalled app is not proof that both outcomes are complete.
Choose the Outcome You Need
FoneClaw account deletion and subscription cancellation are two separate operations. If you want to leave FoneClaw Full and stop recurring charges, check both. Our eligible Full accounts can request deletion with email verification, but deleting an account does not cancel its subscription.
Start by naming the outcome rather than treating every exit action as equivalent. The table below describes general distinctions; it does not promise a particular FoneClaw control for disconnecting services or clearing history.
| Action | Purpose | What remains to check |
|---|---|---|
| Uninstall the app | Remove the installed app from the device | Account status and recurring billing |
| Sign out | End access through that signed-in session | Whether the account remains open and renewal remains active |
| Disconnect a linked service | Remove a particular connection where that control is available | Other connections, account status, and billing |
| Clear selected history | Remove the history covered by the offered control | Its actual scope, other records, and account status |
| Delete a Full account | Request closure of the intended eligible account | Verification, completion status, and subscription renewal |
| Cancel recurring renewal | Stop future renewals through the actual biller | Cancellation status, current-period access, and any separate refund question |
Edition matters. Our FoneClaw Lite Privacy Policy identifies the Lite Google Play scope and explains that the Lite app does not create an account. Its discussion of website account and purchase information does not turn it into a Full account deletion policy. Do not transfer Lite retention or deletion statements to Full.
This guide provides a checklist for your own account and order, not a report of a deletion or cancellation we performed.
Confirm the Account and Keep Needed Records
Before requesting deletion, confirm the Full account currently signed in and the email address associated with it. Compare that with the account you actually want to close. A familiar display name or access on the correct phone is not enough if you have used more than one account.
Then locate the subscription order or receipt. Its billing email may differ from the Full account email. Treat those as separate identifiers until the order and account relationship is clear; do not cancel an unrelated plan simply because its receipt is easier to find.
Keep records you will need after losing account access: relevant personal information, receipts, order references, and the status shown during cancellation or deletion. Use methods actually available to you. This checklist does not promise a built-in export feature or a particular downloadable confirmation.
| Record | What to note privately |
|---|---|
| Full account | The intended account identifier and access to its email |
| Subscription | The plan, order reference, billing owner, and management route |
| Current status | Renewal status and any displayed billing or paid-period dates |
| Needed information | What you have retained using available methods |
| Open questions | Anything that needs clarification before account closure |
As a practical sequence, resolve billing while you still have access to the account and order information whenever possible. That is a recommendation to reduce confusion, not a mandatory deletion rule or eligibility condition.
Keep the worksheet private. When seeking help, mask unnecessary account details and share only what is needed to identify the issue. Passwords, verification codes, access tokens, and full payment-card details do not belong in a support summary.
Cancel Renewal With the Actual Biller
Our official subscription terms state that recurring plans renew until cancelled. Use the subscription management page actually offered for your order. The terms describe payment on an iCart page, not a card form on the FoneClaw website; follow the genuine management route associated with your purchase rather than an invented menu path.
- Identify the order. Match the plan and order reference to the subscription you intend to cancel.
- Confirm the billing owner. Use the receipt and actual management information, not the app’s installation source alone.
- Request cancellation through that route. Read the offered controls and confirm that you are stopping recurring renewal for the correct plan.
- Inspect the result. Record the renewal status and any displayed effective or paid-period end date.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Under the terms, it normally does not refund the current paid period, and paid benefits continue until that period ends. A refund request is separate and depends on the applicable refund policy and mandatory rights. Do not interpret a cancelled renewal as an automatic refund or a guarantee that every recent charge will be reversed.
Google Play is relevant only if the actual order was billed through Google Play. In that case, follow Google Play’s subscription cancellation instructions using the correct Google Account. Google explicitly states that uninstalling an app does not cancel a Play-billed subscription. This conditional example does not establish that FoneClaw Full or Lite subscriptions are sold through Play.
If the biller or order is unclear, ask our subscription support team for assistance before using a different account or payment route. A receipt from one account and a subscription list from another do not establish that the plan has disappeared.
Request Eligible Full Account Deletion
FoneClaw Full allows an account deletion request with email verification when the account is eligible. Use the actual account deletion controls offered for your account. We do not provide an assumed menu sequence here because exact labels and eligibility criteria are not established by the information supporting this guide.
Confirm the account again before proceeding, then read the displayed instructions and consequences. Complete email verification using the actual message and the account flow that requested it. Do not substitute another account’s email or rely on a guessed verification-code expiry.
Track the stages separately. A request being submitted, email verification being accepted, and deletion being completed are different statuses. Record what the interface or response actually says, preserving a reference if one is provided. Do not upgrade “request received” into “account deleted.”
If the control is unavailable or eligibility is unclear, seek clarification rather than inventing a reason such as account age, plan type, or payment history. Likewise, do not assume a processing deadline, an undo window, or a universal data-removal scope.
Account closure is not a promise that every calendar record on your phone, third-party account, or independently stored copy is deleted. If you need to understand the handling of particular information, ask about that scope before acting. The Lite policy cannot supply a Full-specific answer by implication.
Keep the billing check available while following this account process. The account response should establish the account outcome; the subscription management result should establish the renewal outcome. Neither needs to be guessed from the other.
Verify Account and Subscription Outcomes Separately
Use a two-outcome acceptance worksheet instead of a single “finished” checkbox. This is especially useful when account and billing emails differ, or when one operation completes while the other remains unresolved.
| Outcome | Evidence to inspect | Not sufficient by itself | If unresolved |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full account deletion | The actual deletion completion status for the intended account | Sign-out, failed login, verification acceptance, or request submission | Ask for clarification of the recorded request status |
| Recurring renewal cancellation | The actual biller’s status for the matched subscription order | App removal, account deletion, or an unconfirmed cancellation attempt | Check the management route or request billing assistance |
Consider a fictional example: a reader uses one email for Full and another for purchase receipts. They want to close the first account and stop renewal for the associated order. The proposed checklist is to match the order, cancel its renewal, record the billing result, then request deletion for the intended Full account and record that separate result. This is not an example of a performed cancellation.
If the actual biller confirms there is no active recurring plan for the relevant order, record that finding rather than trying to cancel a nonexistent subscription. An empty subscription list under an unverified account is not the same evidence.
Access remaining during an already paid period does not necessarily contradict cancellation. Check the renewal status and paid-period information together. Conversely, inability to sign in could reflect an authentication or connection problem rather than completed deletion.
For each outcome, write “complete,” “pending,” or “needs clarification” only as supported by the actual result. You can finish one part of the exit checklist while still needing assistance with the other.
Resolve Missing Messages or Unclear Status
Resolve the specific missing step before submitting another request. Repeatedly changing accounts or repeating deletion and cancellation attempts can make the history harder to understand.
| Symptom | Check first | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| The wrong Full account is open | The actual signed-in identifier | Stop and establish the intended account before requesting deletion |
| Verification email is missing | The address shown, relevant inbox, and spam folder | Follow any offered recovery instructions; do not assume an expiry or completion |
| Deletion is unavailable | The account and any displayed eligibility information | Request clarification without guessing the eligibility rule |
| No order or biller matches | Receipts, purchase email, plan, and order reference | Ask subscription support to help identify the correct management route |
| Cancellation status is unclear | The biller’s result and renewal status | Clarify whether future renewal is stopped before treating the attempt as complete |
| Deletion remains pending | The latest actual request status | Ask about that request rather than assuming a processing deadline |
| A charge appears after a request | The order, charge date, renewal date, and recorded cancellation status | Seek billing review and address any refund question separately |
For support, keep the request short: “I want to confirm account deletion and recurring renewal status. The intended account is [partially masked identifier]. The relevant order is [reference]. I requested [operation] on [date], and the current result says [exact status or error]. Which step remains unresolved?” Send it through official support, excluding passwords, verification codes, tokens, and full card details.
If your goal is only to change Android assistant entry points rather than close Full, How to Turn Off Gemini on Android: Buttons, Voice, Apps, and Tasks covers that different task. For keeping track of a renewal while deciding, Turn a Renewal Email into an Android Reminder explains reminders; a reminder does not cancel billing.
Before closing your checklist, confirm the intended account, retained records, deletion status, and actual future-renewal status. Keep any unresolved scope or billing question explicit. A useful exit record tells you what completed, what remains open, and who can clarify it.
