Dean is a senior Android systems engineer with over 10 years of experience in mobile development. He has deep expertise in Android internals, system-level programming, and mobile automation.

Dean founded FoneClaw around the belief that phones should understand intent, maintain task context, use permissions and approvals clearly, perform supported actions, show results, and recover cleanly. The Android phone agent users can use today is the practical foundation for that belief, giving us a real product surface for improving invocation, context, control, and dependable task completion.

Dean's long-term direction is an AOSP-based FoneClaw Agent OS and future FoneClaw phone where voice comes first, physical buttons provide dependable control, and the screen focuses on evidence, choices, approvals, and recovery. The on-device personal agent manages identity, preferences, memory, and cross-service context, while Agent Plugins provide scoped professional service capabilities for real phone tasks.
