For a Telegram text message, open the intended Telegram chat first and place the cursor in the editable message field. Then use the microphone on your Android keyboard. Handle Channels and Third-Party Bots Correctly

Channels and third-party bots need extra care. A channel post requires the correct channel and posting rights. Dictation may help you prepare the text, but it does not grant admin access, publish automatically, pin messages, read statistics, or manage comments. Before posting, check that you are in the right channel, using the correct account, and reviewing the final content in Telegram.

Third-party bots also have their own rules. Some accept plain language, while others require buttons, exact text, or slash commands.
